Responsibility - it's your health, take ownership of it


Whilst the above picture doesn't mention health, it's truth is just as relevant for that aspect of your life. What do you eat? What exercise do you take? How often? Do you make time to relax and clear your mind? Do you have a daily practice of meditation or energy healing? Are you drinking enough water to keep your body hydrated? What do you feed your mind? A diet of tv and video games without respite or do you occasionally throw it an uplifting book or seminar or audio? Do you get out and embrace nature? Do you love and connect with other people? Are you involved and enthused about your life? Do you contribute to the world in a positive way?

How you feel physically, emotionally, mentally and spirituality is down to how you look after yourself. What choices do you make?
